You can expect an immediate acknowledgment email
A member of our team will get in touch within a week
The issue analysis/updates should be coming within thirty days
Once the issue is confirmed/fixed, we will assign CVE/communicate vulnerability along with the fix to the affected customers

Please, keep all the surrounding details confidential so customers would have time necessary to handle vulnerability.
